As part of the broader LAPSSET initiative, Lamu Port is designed to facilitate regional integration, reduce logistics costs, and increase connectivity to landlocked countries such as South Sudan, Ethiopia, and Uganda.

The MMG Oil & Gas Industrial Hub is strategically aligned with this vision. Our goal is to open up previously inaccessible interior regions of East and Central Africa, unlocking untapped economic potential and creating scalable market opportunities for local populations and our investment consortium.

We are committed to developing and operating an integrated Socio-Economic Industrial Park adjacent to the port, providing multiple East and Central African nations with access to a high-capacity trade and industrial platform, fostering sustainable growth and cross-border commerce.
